truly, being on mission is perhaps the greatest fulfillment in life. it has nothing whatsoever to do with what you're like, what you're capable of or willing to take on, but what He wants to do through you. Ich danke Gotte fur Sie - for each and every one of you who has taken upon him/herself the Great Commission and made it your life's calling to further His kingdom. let's keep sharing experiences, JA? :)

i will return to Canada tomorrow, but for now, just to share with you an excerpt from OM's latest prayer update:
“Prayer is not something we do, but a response to what God is already
doing
in the world,” shared Dr. Walter Wink, Professor Emeritus of Biblical
Interpretation at Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City. “Prayer
is
the ultimate act of partnership with God.” As you enter in this New
Year in
anticipation of all that Christ is going to do, make a commitment to
respond
in prayer to His promptings and walk in an expectancy that He delights
in
hearing and answering your prayers and petitions. Truly, prayer will be
partnership in 2006!

GLUCKLICHES NEUEJAHR!!!
the Lord brought to mind the following hymn as i was thinking about posting:
All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.
Each little flower that opens,
Each little bird that sings,
He made their glowing colors,
He made their tiny wings.
...
The purple headed mountains,
The river running by,
The sunset and the morning
That brightens up the sky.
...
He gave us eyes to see them,
And lips that we might tell
How great is God Almighty,
Who has made all things well.
let us take some time to truly meditate on and celebrate His goodness this year, yeah? ^_^
