i was blessed with the opportunity to be part of the ACM choir this past weekend (and all the practices leading up to it, starting from early March). it was amazing in so many ways. although the turnout on both nights was low, compared to previous years, He did not disappoint. the first night, my little brother stepped forward to recommit his life to the Lord (certainly nothing short of a miracle - a thirteen-year-old CBC stepping out in front of numerous adults). tears of joy galore! then, the second night, 90% of those in attendance who needed to be reached made eternal decisions, including one couple. it's pretty incredible what happens when we empty ourselves, pray with confidence and let Him do His thing! ^___^

being one of the pairs dancers and singing alto were two previously unfamiliar territory, and i learned so much from those. i also greatly enjoyed the time of fellowship and sharing with the band members and lead singers, gaining insights in to what it means to truly lead people in worship, and watching and being uplifted by "B-lui"'s enthusiasm and passion.

praise Him as well for bringing revival and challenging me to be salt and light in Edmonton, not just far away. :)

"Sometimes things are not picked by us. God has a plan and a reason."

Thanks for the reminder. Love you!
