i've really been blessed the last while. despite inevitable storms and surprises, God's enabled me to keep my footing. in the past, i'd have been prone to wanting to close off somewhat in order to process and make sense of the whirlwind, but i'm thankful for the added ounces of patience and calmness that have come along with having someone in my life who often understands more about myself than i do :) "xie xie ni ar!"

Chinese New Year just passed, and Valentine's Day is just around the corner. so much to be thankful for lately, even amid the tougher challenges and spontaneous uncertainties that seem to endlessly arise. looking ahead, He hasn't yet confirmed my job status for the fall (thereby putting my summer plans on hold), but i trust my answer will come in the best timing, and i pray i'll have a heart of obedience and joy no matter the result.
